One-time digital products (Digital $19, Advanced $29)
30-day full refund, no questions asked. Email support@umprotocol.com with your order number and we will process the refund.
One-time phygital products (Phygital Bundle $49)
30-day full refund on the digital portion regardless of the physical product status. The physical product (ceramic mug) refund follows separate timing: full refund if returned within 30 days in re-sellable condition (return shipping at customer expense).
Subscriptions (Daily Boundary Protocol $9/month)
Cancel anytime in one click from /help/ to stop future renewals. Refunds on completed billing periods are case-by-case; contact support. We do not charge cancellation fees.
Personalized products limitation
The PDF is personalized at time of order. A refund refunds the purchase price; we do not delete the generated PDF from your prior emails.
Processing time
1-3 business days from approval to your bank statement.
