What we collect
Email (for delivery and support). Name (only if you tell us). MBTI type, role, and pressure source (only if you fill the post-payment form). Stripe payment metadata (handled by Stripe, not stored by us beyond the stripe_session_id and order metadata).
What we do NOT collect
We do not collect IP addresses for tracking. We do not use third-party analytics. We do not sell or share data with marketing partners.
How we use it
Personalization of your PDF deliverable. Order fulfillment. Customer support correspondence. Subscription renewal reminders.
Where it lives
All customer data is stored on a single hard drive in the founder's possession (information sovereignty principle). Encrypted nightly backup to Cloudflare R2.
Your rights
Request a copy of your data, request deletion, opt out of any future marketing emails by replying with "unsubscribe" or using the link in any email. Email support@umprotocol.com to exercise these rights.

Tang Global Digital Systems LLC products are not intended for users under 18.
